emissions and alternative fuels.  TATA
has developed electric and hybrid vehicles both for personal and public
transportation. It has also been implementing several environment-friendly
technologies in manufacturing processes, significantly enhancing resource
conservation. 

Key Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • Meet TATA’s company’s commercial targets
    as set by the business.
  • Business development – set up a customer
    base and distribution network.
  • Study the market for prospective product
    gaps and report back to management to identify potential areas of growth
    for the future.
  • Stay abreast with key competitor’s
    activities, new products, and industry trends and update the management on
    a timely basis.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 
  • The Manager, Sales – Industrial Chemicals
    must be a Science graduate (Chemistry) or Engineering in chemical, P.G in
    sales/Marketing added advantage.
  • The Suitably qualified candidate must
    possess at least five to seven years’ experience in chemical industry with
    a good knowledge of the Uganda market.
  • The ideal candidates must be a
    self-starter and self-motivated individual
  • Possess excellent track record of good
    performance
  • The ability to work in a matrix structure
    in a highly diversified and cross-border team. Experience in previous
    multi-nationals would be an added benefit.
Age: 25-30 Years
Salary: Negotiable for the ideal candidate
