and growing. Despite insufficient infrastructure, MTN has covered in excess of
90% of the population, providing services in over 150 towns and villages and

Job Summary: The Risk Manager will support MTN in the
management with the implementation of proper risk management processes throughout the Telecom company. The incumbent
will also give assurance to executive management and the board audit committee
on adequacy and effectiveness of risk management and revenue assurance
activities within MTN Uganda.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

a central source of information and guidance on risk management for operational
and strategic effectiveness

Qualification Skills and Experience:
