Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree in human resources, or related field.
  • An HR certification is a plus.
  • At least five years working as an HR Manager
  • Candidates with HR experience in Community Based Organizations (CBOs) will be shortlisted.
