Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • The ideal applicant must hold a Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying Building Economics or related qualification
  • Five to ten years of experience in Building Construction capable of leading construction units.
  • Competent to interpret drawings, specifications, related schedules and prepare Bill of Quantities, able to analyze rates, proficient to prepare and track work programs, progress reports, and procurement schedules, thorough in payment applications and following up timely payment certifications,
  • Able to generate cash flow projections, having thorough knowledge of contracts, and ensuring project compliance at all levels.
