Job Summary:  The Counter
Sales will ensure the accomplishment of goals and targets set by management
through discovering and pursuing new sales prospects and maintaining customer
satisfaction.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:  

·       
Conduct
market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs

·       
Gathering
market and customer info to enable negotiations regarding variations in prices,
delivery and customer specifications to their managers

·       
Customer
Service & Brand representation

·       
Make
calls and follow up on major clients as planned for the day.

·       
Organize
sales visits.

·       
Participate
in bid opening meetings

·       
Attending
to customer queries.

·       
Prepare
a daily plan of things to do.

·       
Follow
up with Ware-House Manager for pending Deliveries and push to get them send on
the priority basis

·       
Prepare
a Tour Plan for the month.

·       
Review
actual sales against targeted sales and plan for achieving the set target or
above

·       
Participate
in internal audit activity.

·       
Suggesting
for the next quarter sales and imports Plan.

·       
Prepare
a weekly report on sales projections and achievements.

·       
Prepare
a daily report regarding sales

 

Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:

·       
The
applicant must hold a Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in science from recognized
university.

·       
At least
one (1) year of working experience of marketing with pharmaceutical products.

·       
Experience
in computer packages such ERP, oracles and Microsoft packages eg Excel, Ms word
and excel.
