• Responsible for financial planning and record-keeping, as well as
  financial reporting to the executive team and the board
• Collating, preparing and interpreting reports, budgets, accounts,
  commentaries and financial statements
• Tasked with managing the finance department across IMG and
  developing junior staff
• Ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting to the CEO and head
  office
• Oversee the timely and accurate preparation of monthly financial
  reports, coordinate audits and proper filing of tax returns
• Coordinate the development and monitoring of budgets and financial
  forecasting
• Develop financial analyses to provide insight into the
  organization’s operations and business plans
• Oversee cash flow planning ensuring availability of funds as
  needed 
• Primarily responsible for the management of financial risks of the
  group 
• Act as the financial authority for the group, ensuring the integrity
  of financial data, transparency and accountability
• Be responsible for the control of the cash flow position throughout
  the group, understand the sources and uses of cash, and maintain the
  integrity of funds, and other valuable documents 
• Maintain relations with external and internal auditors and drive the
  implementation of their findings and recommendations 
• Keenly monitor and direct the implementation of strategic business
  plans for the group 
• Ensure maintenance of appropriate internal controls and financial
  procedures 

• The applicant must be a Chartered Accountant
• At least twelve years of working experience at the level of senior
  finance manager in a large, busy and reputable organization
• Demonstrated ability to communicate to others about their jobs and
  make sure they’re aware of their roles in terms of the success of the
  business
• Strong self-discipline and managerial skills, as well as an equally
  strong spirit of teamwork and cooperation
• Ability to build and maintain productive business relationships in
  order to achieve a unified vision that ensures everyone within the
  organization remains committed to the company’s course of action 
• Must possess strong analytical and communications skills to both
  understand complicated financial data and effectively explain the
  ramifications of that data to the workers you oversee  Maintain vital leadership skills, such
  as determination, decisiveness, accountability and self-confidence, and be
  able to encourage these traits in others
• Demonstrated ability to develop others through mentoring and be able
  to bring people along to enable them grow with the business 
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Previous experience in the private health care and health care
  insurance industries will be advantageous
