Job Summary: The Head of
Production will be charged with the planning, coordination and control of all
manufacturing processes in the factory.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage the production process through keen follow up
on the master production schedules, work order specifications and availability
or capability of workers, parts, materials and equipment.

improvements to the production processes to cut costs, change management&

Actively monitor and review the performance of staff
and organize necessary interventions for improvement as well manage staff
disciplinary issues

Ensure efficient collaboration and co-ordination
between relevant departments including procurement, stores, maintenance and

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
·
The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s Degree
in Engineering, industrial technology, Analytical Chemistry.

At least six years’ knowledge in production and
manufacturing processes and techniques with three years supervisory experience
at a senior management position

Basic knowledge of NEMA /CGMP/UNBS/ ISO/TPM
regulatory requirements on occupational health and safety in manufacturing
industries.

Possess the ability to manage multiple tasks
simultaneously, set priorities, identify and address problems, meet deadlines,
