About US:
Mujuni Ventures Ltd is a dairy aggregating company in Uganda. We work closely with dairy farmers across the milk zones in Uganda to collect, chill and supply raw milk to dairy processors in the country.
Job Summary: This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Manager located in Kampala. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives, setting sales targets, developing sales strategies, and building strong customer relationships. The Sales Manager will also monitor market trends and competitor activities, identify business opportunities, and provide sales forecasts and reports.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Three years of experience in the FMCG industry is a plus
- Proven experience in sales and business development
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Goal-oriented and results-driven
- Knowledge of the local market and industry trends
