Key Duties and Responsibilities:

The incumbent will be attending regular meetings
with the Client, executive staff, engineers, foremen, etc., and ensuring their
tasks are being achieved on time and providing solutions to problems
immediately to not delay the works.

Offers solutions to all civil works related
problems, whether in the rectification of executed works or in the execution of
remaining works.

Crosscheck the design and implement any faults that
are found.

Have the knowledge to execute civil works as
required on the project, whether design related or in construction.

The incumbent will periodically check drawings and
quantities and ensuring that the calculations are accurate for the work.

Manage the selection and purchase of materials for

Responsible for the planning of work and efficiently
organizing site facilities in order to meet the agreed programme of deadlines.
