Job Summary: The M&E Manager will
develop, implement, lead and manage the country office monitoring and
evaluation systems, providing guidance and support to employees and volunteers.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • Responsible
    for strategic M&E development to enhance impact and effectiveness
  • Steer
    organizational knowledge management
  • Responsible
    for programme development
  • Internal
    and external reporting and research management
  • Financial
    and resource management.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 
  • The
    applicant should possess a good bachelor’s degree in related field
  • Three
    years’ hands-on M&E experience at management level.
  • Proven
    ability to work on complex development programmes with strong research skills
    – qualitative and quantitative.
  • Practical
    experience within development context desirable.
