A leading pharmaceutical
distribution company in Uganda with over 6 years experience in the
pharmaceutical distribution industry is seeking to recruit:
Job Summary: The medical
reps will be responsible for growing the Company’s sales and market share
through scientific and ethical product activities.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Maximize
    the company’s sales by scientific and ethical product promotion to attain
    sales targets.
  • Identify
    sales and marketing opportunities in both urban and upcountry markets.
  • Implement
    product marketing strategies and deliver product messages in relation to customer
    interests and needs.
  • Establish
    and maintain professional relationships with medical professionals.
  • Keep
    the company informed on the products; competitor analysis and market
    trends.
  • Support
    the organization of CMEs and product launches
  • Conduct
    product knowledge training.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
  • The
    candidate should possess a Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry,
    Health Sciences, Biomedical Laboratory Technology Nursing, Marketing,
    Orthopaedic Medicine, Pharmacy or other relevant area
  • Training
    in sales and marketing; sales negotiations, customer service skills
  • One
    to three years’ experience is an added advantage
