About Moran:
Our Client is seeking a highly motivated, creative and experienced
sales representative. This person will work directly with the East Africa
Regional Business Development to manage existing sales relationships in Uganda,
accelerate volume sales with early adopter customers, manage customer needs,
manage new pilots, collect and analyze feedback.  This person will
also contribute to development of leads and business in new verticals and
geographies, as well as new product definition and development.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of the
    character, size and trends of the client’s territory through research and
    customer contact.
  • Prepare and sell company products and
    services to current and potential clients.
  • Prepare action plans and schedules to
    identify target customers.
  • Be knowledgeable about the company and its
    products so as to efficiently meet customers’ needs.
  • Assist both the sales and marketing
    managers and the sales supervisor in preparing effective marketing and
    sales campaigns for use within the identified territory.
  • Maintain professional relationships with
    potential and existing clients in order to maximise sales.
  • Coordinate strategies, solutions, prices
    and other business processes.
  • Pursue sales with a view of maximising
    profits.
