Job
Summary: The Completion
Operation Manager will be
responsible for completion, work over operation and ESP running and pulling
operation and technology management of the CNOOC Company.
Key
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Organize
    to review the completion, work over ESP running / pulling operation
    program and to execute the program according to the plans drawn
  • Ensure
    the health, safety and environmental (HSE) protection, quality, schedule
    and cost control in operations.
  • Provide
    technical guidance in the tendering plan and strategy of the service and
    material procurement and on the technical bidding evaluation in the
    process of operation preparation.
  • Give
    professional completion operation advice for the safety emergency during
    production.
  • Provide
    performance evaluation of contractor at the end of each operation.
  • Other
    Duties as assigned by the superiors.
 Qualifications,
Skills & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s
    degree of above in Petroleum Engineering, drilling and completion or a related
    field.
  • 10
    years working experience.
  • Knowledge
    of completion operation technology and process.
  • Knowledge
    of Oil Laws E & P and environmental protection.
  • Knowledge
    of Cost control, economic contract and laws.
  • Good
    understanding of petroleum contract, reservoir, geology and oil
    production.
