About Chemonics:
Chemonics International, a U.S. based international development consulting firm, seeks a chief of party and other experienced professionals for a USAID-funded health project in Uganda, Private Health Support (PHS) program designed to expand availability, increase affordability, and improve quality of health services by private service providers. Specialists will develop and implement technical activities to support private sector involvement in health care delivery. We are looking for individuals who have a passion for making a difference in the lives of people all around the world. Specific areas of expertise include: program monitoring and evaluation, financial management, public health and private sector program implementation. This position will be based in Kampala.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
  • Master’s Degree in Monitoring and Evaluation, epidemiology, biostatistics, statistics, research methods or other closely related discipline.
  • Minimum five years program evaluation and performance measurement experience for health programs.
  • Familiarity with PEPFAR indicators and reporting requirements.
  • Demonstrated success establishing indicators and monitoring, evaluating, and reporting systems.
