Job Title: Chief of Party

Chemonics seeks a chief of party for an anticipated USAID funded health project in Uganda designed to expand availability , increase affordability , and improve quality of health services by private service providers .

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
·         Provide overall leadership , management oversight, and technical directions
·         Supervise technical Administration staff
·         Collaboratively create and implement a strategic , long term programmatic vision
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
·         Advanced degree in public health , business , social sciences , or a related field preferred
·         Minimum 10 years of experience in a senior leadership position managing complex health technical collaboration programs, preferably in Uganda
·         Chief of party experience with USAID or with other donors preferred
