Our Client Total E&P Uganda is seeking to recruit suitably qualified candidates for the above vacancy;
Position: Internal Communications Co-ordinator Job Ref: HRC601
Main Job Responsibilities:
·         The co-ordination of the company’s internal communication tools to ensure that staff are informed of new developments and key issues within the organization.
·         These include but are not limited to producing a quarterly newsletter, organizing staff forums/workshops, assisting in the production of internal presentations, as well as updating the company’s intranet.
Qualifications and Experience:
·         University degree or equivalent in mass communication.
·         Minimum 5 years of experience in public relations or communication.
·         Proficient in the use of computer graphic tools.
·         Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
·         Excellent organizational skills
