Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly, proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys providing excellent customer service.
Location: Bwaise, Uganda
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers with a warm and welcoming attitude
- Take orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously
- Handle cash transactions and maintain a tidy cashier area
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the dining area
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude
- Must be a resident of Kawempe, Makerere, or nearby areas
