Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Finance and Admin officer to join our finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduates with a degree in Business Statistics, Finance, or a related field to contribute to our mission and gain valuable experience in finance and accounting.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Finance roles:
Financial Planning and Analysis:
- Assist in conducting financial analysis, identifying key performance indicators, and contributing to trend analysis.
- Support the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial models for the manufacturing/production division.
- Assist in monitoring budget variances and providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
Inventory Management:
- Gain exposure to inventory management by assisting in reconciling inventory accounts.
- Collaborate with the supply chain team to understand inventory levels and contribute ideas for operational efficiency.
Financial Reporting:
- Contribute to the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for the manufacturing division.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and presentations for senior management, providing insights into financial performance.
Sustainability Analysis:
- Support comprehensive business analysis, focusing on financial performance and growth opportunities.
- Learn to apply analytics to evaluate the impact of operational decisions on financial results and sustainability objectives.
Administration roles
- Data Collection and Management: Oversee the collection, organization, and management of program data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness to support effective monitoring and evaluation activities.
- Reporting and Documentation: Prepare detailed and accurate data reports
- Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure all activities comply with organizational policies .
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Statistics or any related finance course (graduated within the last 1 year)- Only recent graduates will be considered.
- Strong proficiency in statistical software.
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
