Job Summary:  We are seeking a talented, dynamic, driven and motivated creative Business Development Associate. As a Business Development Associate at Quantum Dynamics, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth and expanding our client base. We are seeking an individual who is passionate about creative storytelling and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The Business Development Associate will report to the Operations Manager and work closely with other senior leaders to develop and execute sales plans that support Quantum Dynamics’ mission and objectives.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach efforts.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and objectives to tailor solutions effectively.
  • Collaborate with the creative and production teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations that showcase our capabilities and align with client requirements.
  • Lead the end-to-end proposal process, including bid management, proposal writing, and submission, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and adherence to deadlines.
  • Drive the negotiation and closing of deals, working closely with clients to address any concerns and finalize contracts.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new business avenues and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on business development activities, pipeline status, and sales performance to the management team.
  • Be a team player and foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the construction industry, including NGOs, Tv and Film
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients and partners.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
  • Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
  • Develop and implement effective sales processes to ensure efficient and effective lead management and conversion.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and report on progress to the senior leadership team.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns that support sales objectives.

 

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:



  • The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • At least three years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the creative industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in bid and proposal writing, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify market opportunities, develop actionable plans, and execute initiatives effectively.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g. Asana , HubSpot is preferred.)
