Job Title:  Receptionist (Fresher Jobs)

About US:

Victoria Forest Resort is a beachfront resort located on Bugala Island which is the largest island of the Ssese archipelago. The Ssese archipelago consists of 84 Islands. Victoria Forest Resort provides views over Lake Victoria. Guests can relax beside the outdoor pool, in the extensive tropical gardens, or at our White Sand Beach. All of the rooms and cottages feature modern décor, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom. The hotel features a restaurant that prepares a variety of international cuisine and local dishes.

 

Job Summary:   Victoria Forest Resort Ltd invites applications from qualified Ugandans to fill the above position in our front desk department




Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • Prior experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using computers and reservation systems.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Knowledge of multiple languages (especially languages commonly spoken by guests) is an added advantage.
