Job Summary:   The Manager Customer Experience will be responsible for driving the customer service strategy and promoting a high-quality service culture by implementing initiatives for customer retention

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any other related fields
• At least five years of practical and progressive experience in customer service
• Public speaking, oral and written communication skills
• Decision making, interpersonal and people management skills
• Relationship and stakeholder management
