Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Check to ensure that all plant machines are set to optimal utilization
  • Check to ensure that input material and products meet quality requirements
  • Follow the established procedures and guidelines to manufacture products according to production specifications and schedules; volume, cost, and wastage targets; and quality standards
  • Coordinate with Maintenance department to trouble-shoot and perform regular maintenance on equipment
  • Implement good manufacturing practices such as housekeeping, labeling and records
  • Keenly monitor the normal functional status of all pumps, motors and valves
  • Ensure that the filters are timely cleaned and changed
  • Ensure that required raw materials stocks are availed in time
  • Inspect and monitor service and repair update checklist on all machines, *Ensure correct transfer of material such as oil and raw material from one location to another, *Any other duties assigned by the Shift Supervisor.





Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • The applicant must hold a Diploma in Industrial Chemistry or any related field
  • Two years of relevant experience in a manufacturing plant.
  • Good communication skills including reading skills
  • Show an aptitude for math,
  • Mechanical ability
  • Physical strength and stamina
  • Proven ability to work in high places,
  • Possess the ability to get along well with co-workers
  • Demonstrated ability to keep up to date with changing technology
  • Proven ability to do precision work.
