Job Summary:   The HR & Administrative Assistant will be
overseeing and supporting all office administrative duties to ensure smooth


Key Duties and Responsibilities:

with the administrative tasks related with WASSHA’s human resource function

that the independent consultants including field workers are well taken care
of, and their disbursements are raised and approved on time to avoid any delays

necessary information from operational level new staff, printing out their
contracts and making sure they are fully signed, stamped, scanned and shared
with the Tax & Accounting Manager

receptionist duties such as welcoming and screening visitors

logistics including but not limited to: scheduling, travel arrangements and
hotel bookings, for the staff and visitors related to trainings and meetings

managing office supplies, requisitioning when deemed necessary and generally
managing the office budget

the cleaning staff to ensure a high standard of hygiene is maintained at the
office premises all times

and managing the hard copies of signed documentation and electronically filing

proactive and responsive in performing any other duties and responsibilities as
assigned by Tax and Accounting Manager


Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree in any field

Two years
of working experience

interpersonal skills

written and spoken communication skills in English;

Good IT
skills including, but not limited to, Outlook, MS Word and MS Excel

to work quickly and effectively under pressure

A team
player towards the common vision of the company

honest, disciplined and with integrity
