portfolio comprising of Carbonated Soft Drinks, Natural Mineral Water, Juices,
Malt & Energy Drinks, Premium & other biscuits.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:  

·       
Manage
and maintain the unit head’s calendar schedules, appointments and travel
arrangements

·       
Update
the Unit head on the status of important corporate clients

·       
Oversee
the day-to-day operations of the Unit head’s office including resources and
staff to ensure a smooth flow of tasks

·       
Arrange
for meetings and other organizational related events including preparing
minutes and distributing them

·       
Receive,
interact and give the required guidance to visitors to ensure quality customer
care

·       
Coordinate
communication (telephone and other correspondences) to and from the Manager’s
office.

·       
Maintain
a well-organized filing system in the unit head’s office.

·       
Work
with the Procurement Office to ensure that the procurement needs for the unit
head’s office are adequately supplied

·       
Blending
technique and aesthetics to create final designs.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

·       
The applicant
should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical
Engineering or Industrial Engineering or any other relevant discipline in
relation to engineering.

·       
One to
three years of experience in administrative or secretarial duties in a manufacturing
company under a technical department.

·       
Knowledge
of state safety and structure regulations.

·       
Excellent
computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook)
