Programs, is registered in Uganda as BRAC Uganda. The organization implements
integrated development approach combining Education, Health, Agriculture,
Livestock, Adolescent Empowerment and Microfinance.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Deal with HR forecasting & set
annual recruitment plan for non-managerial positions. - Ensuring timely recruitment through
identification of suitable recruitment channels such as advertising, head
hunting, etc and establishing the appropriate testing mechanisms and
candidate selection. - Tasked with filing all recruitment
documents 8. Prepare monthly recruitment report. - Processing all joining & deployment
documents for all new recruits, open staff tiles & ensure all joining
requirements are met. - Ensure proper on boarding of staff
through effective orientation & follow-up on probation assessment for
staff & compile probation completion reports. - Ensure an effective & transparent
Performance Management System through coordination with the supervisors
& project/program/department heads.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The ideal candidate for the BRAC
International Talent Management Officer job must hold a Bachelor’s degree
in Human Resource Management or any other related field attained from a
recognized higher institution. - Two years of relevant experience working
with a similar organization. - Knowledge of applicable national labour
laws, especially related to employment and equal opportunity/affirmative
action guidelines. - Computer knowledge
- Excellent organizational and
communication skills (both verbal and written). - Ability to read, analyze, and interpret
HR policies, national labour laws, technical procedures, or governmental
regulations. - Ability to responds to common inquiries
or complaints from staff and key stakeholders. - Ability to define problems collects
data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions for reporting purposes. - Ability to work in a multi-ethic and
multi-cultural environment. - Women are encouraged to apply
