Job Summary: The Employee
Relations Officer will provide comprehensive occupational welfare services to
staff who are in need.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • Implement
    an appropriate welfare scheme(s) as per Pride’s policies and procedures.
  • Examine
    grievances voiced by staff in respect to welfare facilities and other
    amenities.
  • Conduct
    surveys and submit reports with recommendations to the supervisor.
  • Implement
    the company’s disciplinary and ethical codes of conduct through
    participating in disciplinary proceedings as per the policy and
    preparation of monthly disciplinary reports in place and share with
    management for action.
  • Manage
    the health and safety systems of the organization by supporting the health
    and safety committees.
  • Monitor
    staff job satisfaction and motivation trends by implementing systems to
    manage employer/employee relationship
  • Assist
    in carrying out employee satisfaction survey and prepare reports to be
    submitted to the supervisor as appropriate
    .

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:  
  • The
    ideal candidate for the Pride Employee Relations Officer job placement
    should preferably hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management/Social
    Sciences/ Guidance and Counseling, Industrial & Organizational
    Psychology or in any other relevant I related field.
  • Should
    possess 2 Principal passes at A’ Level and credits and /or passes in Maths
    and English at O’ Level
  • A
    minimum of two years working experience in handling Human Resource roles.
  • He/she
    should be a self-driven, dynamic, self-motivated, team player, results
    oriented, analytical
  • Excellent
    interpersonal skills
  • Good
    computer knowledge.
  • Personal
    Competencies
    : Business
    acumen, good time Management, Stress Management, Reporting, Written &
    Oral communication, Planning, Coaching, Decision -Making, Team building,
    Problem solving, Change Management, Emotional intelligence, Advocacy,
    Motivation and Negotiation.
  • Age: Below 30 years of age.
