Uganda has 29 ATMs and over 600 staff.
Job Summary:  The Relationship Manager, Priority will be
tasked with building working relationships with existing clients and acquire
referred clients while providing the appropriate service standards.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: 
Guide personal Clients approaching Bank with complex
inv. needs
Lower number of high-value clients in portfolio
compared to Senior Priority Banker
All other mandates similar to Senior Priority Banker
Qualifications, Skills and Experience: The ideal
candidate should hold relevant qualifications to execute the aforementioned

Affluent Clients
Internal stakeholder engagement skills
Negotiation skills  
Ability to drive and manage client interaction
Communication and presentation skills

Ability to solve problems and close issues without
handing over
Excellent analytical ability
Detailed knowledge and understanding of Priority KYC
