Job Summary:  The Junior Administrator: Retentions will provide specialist advice and support in order to ensure customer retention and enhance the customer experience, through the execution of predefined objectives as per agreed standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Settlement leads: Action business, individual, and dealer settlement leads according to the customer requirements and business standards
• Retention Targets: Generate sufficient leads by adhering to processes and by providing excellent customer service to achieve Retention Targets
• Daily Management Information and Weekly Reporting: Update daily the appropriate Excel spreadsheet to track all progress and status of retention leads and activities received and submit to the team leader before close of business.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degrees and Advanced Diplomas: Business, Commerce and Management Studies (Required)
