Administrative Assistant Job at Agency for Development (AFD)

Organization:  Agency for Development (AFD)
Duty Station: Kampala,
Uganda
Key Duties &
Responsibilities:
  • Handle administrative requirements (secretarial
    and logistical support),
  • Manage accounting records of the office
    and headquarters,
  • And provide daily assistance in a variety
    of tasks (Organization of official visits and events ,
  • Booking of temporary accommodations ,
    etc),
  • Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:
  • The candidate should possess at least
    three years of experience in administration and/or accounting
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Computer literacy Microsoft (Word, Excel ,
    etc.)
  • Excellent English written and oral
    communication skills
  • French speaking is compulsory .
