Quantity Surveyor / Estimator Job at HL Investments LTD. & Guangdong in Uganda
Location: Kampala, Uganda
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- Estimate costs in relation to the budget
- Draw anticipated project programmes
- Participate in tendering / bidding process
- Prepare/ Price Bill of Quantities
- Prepare material and labour schedules
- Prepare monthly valuations for ongoing projects
- Quote for extra/ additional works from provided drawings.
- Monitor cost and quality control on ground in relation to the Bills of Quantities.
- Establish variances between actual measurements and the Bills of Quantities.
Other Requirements:
- All posts require self motivated and innovative personnel.
- Flexibility to work long hours where the need arises and anywhere in Uganda.
- Computer literacy is essential
