Job Summary: The Logistics
Officer will support Right To Play by managing all the procurement and
transportation activities.
Key Duties and
Responsibilities:  
  • Ensures all maintenance and control of
    RTP/ donor logistics and procedures are fulfilled.
  • Coordinates and facilitates the
    procurement requirements of the program office on the basis of the
    procurement policy guidelines.
  • The jobholder will also ensure compliance
    with procurement procedures as per field-authorization levels policy.
  • Prepares and submits monthly stock reports
    for Finance & Administration Officer and CD  consideration.
  • Formulates appropriate systems and
    procedures for the management of the program’s assets, adapted to the
    specific needs of each site.
  • Manages all technical and scheduling
    project aspects and coordinates with other team members toward an
    effective and efficient execution of the project
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:
  • The ideal candidate for the Right To Play
    (RTP) Logistics Officer job opportunity must hold a Bachelor’s degree in
    management, administration or related discipline.
  • A minimum of three years’ experience in
    logistics and/or procurement in national or international level.
  • Computer literacy skills i.e. proficiency
    in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to use automated procurement
    systems     •
