Key
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Accurate
    book keeping using accounting software including payroll and stock
    functions using multi-currency for our various clients
  • Preparing
    monthly, quarterly and annual management accounts and analyse the same
  • Identifying
    the system weaknesses in an accounting function of an entity and making
    appropriate suggestions to improve the same and presenting to client’s
    management
  • Attending
    management meeting and presenting report on the financial accounts
  • Preparing
    compliance checklist and making VAT PAYE, NSSF and Withholding Tan
    computation and filing online returns with URA
  • Adhere
    to the highest degree of professional standards and strict client
    confidentiality.
 Qualifications,
Skills & Experience:
  • Possess
    a  first class honour’s degree
    majoring in Accounts
  • At
    least 3 –5  years hands-on experience
    in book keeping.
  • Excellent
    numeracy and analytical skills
  • Experience
    using accounting software with good speed
  • Willingness
    to work under pressure and meet the target Possess
