Job Title: Assistant Supplies Officer
Reports to: Assistant Engineer
Job Summary: The holder of this position is responsible for receipt and proper storage and issuance of supplies at a UNRA Station.
Key duties & Responsibilities:
· Coordinates the receipt, issues and deliveries of supplies for the daily operations and special projects;
· Takes stock and advises Management on requisitions;
· Ensures that stock delivered is verified and recorded;
· Oversees the delivery, security and safe custody of stores;
· Receives requisitions and authorizes the issue of stores;
· Prepares monthly, quarterly, annual and any incidental reports; and
· Performs any other duties as may be assigned by the Assistant Engineer or Supplies Officer
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
· The applicant must be a holder of a Diploma in Stores or Supplies Management from a recognized institution plus at least four years of working experience in Stores Management OR a Bachelors Degree in Economics, Finance, and Business Administration with three years working experience in Stores Management.
