Job Summary: The Compliance
Officer will primarily conduct investigative audits, compliance reviews and
implement corporate Integrity Initiatives in accordance with the Corporate
Integrity program.
Qualifications, Skills
and Experience:
  • The applicant should possess a Bachelor’s
    Degree in Commerce, Accountancy, Auditing, Statistics and Electric
    Engineering.
  • At least two years’ experience in Investigation
    Audits and Compliance reviews.
  • Professional qualifications in investigations,
    accounting, integrity and ethics.
  • Good working knowledge in regulatory and
    process compliance
  • Proficiency in data analysis techniques
  • Knowledge of risk profiling and analysis
  • Experience in management of complaints and
    whistle blowers
  • Proficiency in research, investigations and the
    use of statistical data analysis techniques
  • Prior experience in the implementation of
    Compliance programs
  • Good understanding of Employment, Anti-bribery
    and Electricity laws
  • Information handling, analysis and good
    communication skills
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills
  • Highly result-oriented
  • Good problem solving skills
  • Decision making ability
  • High degree of integrity, ethics and
    confidentiality
  • Excellent team ethic
  • Ability to work under pressure
