• Maximize online sales revenue through
  effective prospecting; client needs assessments and negotiations to ensure
  sales closure.
• Responsible for all the sales activity on
  a particular product line to ensure market penetration & ultimately
  increase market share.
• Development and review of online sales
  process and documentation to ensure total compliance to set standards and
  controls.
• Market insight and analysis to identify
  opportunities for corporate solutions in order to optimize market
  penetration.
• Customer relationship building with all
  existing and prospective clients by conducting periodic customer visits,
  and timely problem resolution.
• Online sales team management and
  development.
• Periodic reporting on online sales
  performance as per business requirement.
• Ensure Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly
  Achievement of sales targets for multiple company Devices.
• Propose ideas which will boost consumer’s
  morale to purchase and improve real time performance of the whole team.
• Ensure strict work discipline for the
  sales team which will lead to growth of sales and minimize
  counterproductive behavior
• Ensure that retailers get their commission
  on time.
• Execute any other duties as assigned by
  the line manager

• The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s
  degree in IT, Economics or business related discipline
• A minimum of two years of experience in
  online sales
• Excellent communication skills
• Leadership Skills
• Product Knowledge
• Target achiever and result oriented
• Computer Literacy is a Must
• Customer Relations
• Willingness to work in any part of the
  country
• Must be a team Player
