Job Summary:  The Architectural Graphics Designer works with
project managers, architects, designers, engineers and others to design and
produce graphics, illustrations, animations and other design and presentation
materials to communicate complex planning, design and construction concepts and
choices.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: 
·        
Work
with proposal team to develop and streamline theme and creative design
(including team logos, mood boards, templates, layout, covers, tabs, packaging,
etc.)
·        
Develop
graphic design solutions to support in the production of winning proposals
·        
Provide
persuasion through layout, infographics, technical and nontechnical graphics
·        
Knowledge
and experience in publishing and production of documents
·        
Ability
to recognize areas in proposals to assign graphics
·        
Manage
deadlines and responsibilities assigned through responsibility matrix
·        
Provide
input and graphics for best practices, style guides and templates
·        
Work
with printing vendors.
·        
Provide
input on changes occurring in the graphic design industry regarding hardware,
software and related computer programs.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 
·        
The applicant
must hold an Undergraduate degree in graphics design, technical illustration,
communication, architecture or equivalent
·        
At least
three years of graphics experience in A/E/C (Architecture / Engineering /
Construction) industry
·        
Advanced
knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat
·        
Exceptional
working experience with Adobe Creative Suite including In-Design, Illustrator,
and Photoshop.
·        
Good
presentation skills
·        
Ability
to work with different personalities in construction and engineering industry
·        
Ability
to manage multiple projects to consistently meet high standards and be
attentive to quality
·        
Skill to
produce rough sketches using a variety of media (pencil, ink, markers,
computer, etc.) to illustrate planning concepts, field conditions, conceptual
floor plans, etc. 
·        
Knowledge
and advanced skills in computer graphics, illustration and 3D modeling to
prepare drawings, presentations and reports. 
·        
Skill to
analyze architectural and engineering details. 
·        
Analytical
and critical thinking skills to anticipate and identify issues and information
requirements. 
·        
Skill to
apply appropriate research and analysis procedures. 
·        
Skill to
think logically, interpret data, and identify anomalies, trends, and
potentially invalid data. 
·        
Excellent
oral and interpersonal communication skills to work as part of a collaborative
team.
Desired:
·        
Construction
field experience.
Experience of working with an architect is an added advantage
Skill to develop and prepare architectural construction documents.
Skill using 3D computer modeling and rendering techniques.
Ability to use modeling and video editing software to create animations of
project sequencing, moving project views.
Demonstrated experience using the most recent version of AutoCad to produce
construction documents.
