Key Duties and Responsibilities: As a Customer Success Representative, you’ll be the voice and face of Rentify Uganda. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Property Listings Upload: Accurately upload and update property details (photos, descriptions, pricing) to www.rentify.co.ug
- Client Communication: Engage with prospective tenants by phone, email, and chat—explain listing features, answer questions, and build rapport
- Appointment Coordination: Assist clients in scheduling site visits and ensure they show up prepared and on time
- Feedback Loop: Gather client feedback, report trends, and collaborate with our tech and operations teams to enhance the platform
