Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Convert skeptical farmers into raving fans
- Spread the gospel of clean, green fertilizer
- Sell like your boda fuel depends on it
- Brag about ROI without being annoying
- Tell our story like it’s a Nollywood drama (but with more happy endings and compost)
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Can convince a chicken to buy a bio-fertilizer even though it doesn’t farm
- Has charm, wit, and a borderline dangerous amount of confidence
- Can sell sugar to a sugarcane farmer
- Has energy levels higher than Kampala traffic at 5 PM
- Knows how to explain science in the local dialect and dance if needed
- Has a motorbike or legs with superpowers
- Can survive in mud, sun, and WhatsApp group chats
