Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions in compliance with accounting principles and company policies.
  • Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets for review by management.
  • Conduct regular reconciliations of bank statements, accounts, and other financial data.
  • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.
  • Monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants during audits and tax filings.
  • Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support management decision-making.
  • Stay informed about changes in accounting standards and implement changes as necessary.
  • Assist in special projects and ad-hoc financial tasks as assigned
