Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop advanced training plans, advanced curricula, and advanced educational materials that align with advanced industry standards, advanced regulatory requirements, and advanced corporate objectives.
- Deliver advanced technical training sessions to employees, contractors, and other stakeholders, utilizing advanced instructional methods, advanced technologies, and advanced hands-on learning experiences.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Relevant technical field (e.g., Engineering, Construction Management) or Adult Education
- A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in training roles, with a focus on technical training within the oil and gas industry.
- Professional certifications in training and development (e.g., Certified Professional in Training Management) are advantageous.
- In-depth knowledge of advanced technical regulations, standards, and best practices, especially in the context of pipeline and piping projects.
- Strong leadership and advanced communication skills, with the ability to inspire and engage diverse learners.
