Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Spearhead the strategic design, development, and maintenance of comprehensive H2SE training programs exclusively crafted for the unique challenges posed by pipeline and piping operations.
- Contribute your extensive technical knowledge to facilitate training sessions, workshops, and immersive hands-on experiences for both employees and contractors involved in pipeline and piping projects, ensuring the mastery of H2SE intricacies.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a closely related field, characterized by advanced technical depth in H2SE.
- At least eight years of hands-on, technical experience in advanced H2SE roles within the oil and gas industry, with a laser focus on pipeline and piping operations. Expert-level knowledge of H2SE regulations, industry standards, and advanced best practices as they pertain to the highly technical nuances of pipeline and piping systems.
- Profound expertise in advanced instructional design, curriculum development, and specialized adult learning principles within the realm of H2SE.
- Highly honed presentation and facilitation skills, demonstrated through the ability to seamlessly convey complex technical information to diverse and advanced audiences.
