Job Title:   NDT Technician

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for cutting, bagging, managing, and developing radiographic films;
• Strictly implement the company’s quality standards and requirements, conscientiously carry out non-destructive testing management work, and ensure the quality of the produced products is qualified;
• Assist in developing company welding quality objectives, non-destructive testing standards and procedures

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• Minimum of High School with experience /training in NDT mechanical, measurement technology, materials engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in NDT in petroleum industry.
• Qualified for NDE Level II or above in RT/UT/MT/PT/ PAUT (2 methods or more is preferred),
• Good knowledge of the codes, requirements and quality standards for inspection and testing for fabricated equipment (e.g. ISO, EN, ASME, ASTM, EN/ ISO, AWS, etc).
• Basic sense in quality assurance, familiarity in ISO 9001 or other relevant QMS standard is preferred
• Good knowledge of new NDT technology, e.g. TOFD, PAUT, CR/DR is preferred.
• Responsible for non-destructive inspection and testing of pressure vessels, piping and pipelines
