Job Summary: The Manager, Process Engineering & Governance will contribute specialist Business Process Engineering input into the development, maintenance and implementation of the Process Science Framework to enable the competitive advantage of the organisation and to be a key enabler in professionalising business operations across the Stanbic Bank Uganda by measuring and improving maturity and operational processes and skills to extract efficiencies with the client in mind.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant for the Stanbic Bank job must hold a First Degree in Information Studies, Engineering, Business Administration & Management

- A good understanding of the Bank’s processes, products, data and systems would be required.
