Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist the head chef in preparing and cooking a variety of local and continental meals.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders from customers and input them into the system.
  • Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to the tables.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including wiping down tables and chairs, and tidying up condiment stations.




Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • Basic culinary training.
  • Previous work experience in a restaurant/hotel environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills
