Job Title:  Facebook (Meta) Ads Manager

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Create and manage Facebook (Meta) Ads campaigns for 16+ clients.
• Analyze and optimize ad performance to maximize ROI and create multiple ad sets for each.
• Develop ad targeting strategies based on client goals and target audience.
• Stay up-to-date with Facebook (Meta) Ads policies and changes, and implement them in campaigns.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure ad creative and messaging align with the overall marketing strategy.
• Track and report on ad performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Manage ad budgets and ensure campaigns stay within budget constraints.
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on ad performance and strategy.
• Test and experiment with different ad formats and targeting options to improve performance.
