Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide expert-level technical leadership in AGI civil construction, ensuring the precise foundation design, construction, and maintenance of above-ground facilities, such as pump stations, compressor stations, and related civil structures.
- Implement and enforce advanced quality assurance and quality control programs for AGI civil works, conducting thorough inspections, testing, and monitoring to uphold the industry’s highest standards of safety and reliability.
- Lead and mentor a team of highly specialized civil engineers, geo technical experts, and construction personnel, fostering a culture of technical excellence, safety, and continuous improvement in AGI civil construction.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or any related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in AGI civil construction withing the oil and gas industry.
- In-depth technical proficiency in civil engineering, foundation design, geotechnical engineering, construction methods, and quality control measures, coupled with a deep understanding of industry-specific standards and regulations.
- Proficiency in specialized civil engineering software, geotechnical analysis tools, and project management applications.
