Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Carrying out lubricants market research and analysis to establish demand trends and explore opportunities to achieve consistent sales and growth of the company’s customer base.
- To lead the company’s effort of growing the Lubricants Business by managing and coordinating the activities of the Lubricants department.
- To plan and implement an aggressive sales and marketing strategy to promote and sell the company’s products to facilitate the expansion of its customer base and achievement of the target sales.
- Responsible for strengthening the sales and operations of the lubricants business to meet company market share and profit objectives.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The ideal candidate should hold a degree in Engineering, sales and marketing or related field.
- Three to five years of experience in a sales field preferably within the oil and gas sector.
- Experience in managing and leading teams.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Handle multiple tasks and deadlines with a proactive approach.
- Ability to work under minimum supervision.
- Good problem solving skills and professional skepticism.
- Experience in the FMG sector is an added advantage
