Job Summary:   We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Customer Support Executive to join our team. As a Customer Support Executive at Relworx, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our existing and prospective clients receive top-notch support and assistance. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you will contribute to the success of our customer service operations and help maintain our reputation for excellence.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:  

  • Provide excellent customer sales and support via phone, email, and chat.
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex problems.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively assist customers and tele sell the same.
  • Document and track all customer interactions in our CRM system.
  • Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to enhancing our customer support procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and security protocols when handling customer information
  • Gather customer feedback and suggestions for process improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, financial regulations and fintech advancements

 




Qualifications, Skills and Experience:  

  • The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field (preferred). 
  • Previous customer support experience and training, ideally in a fintech or financial services setting. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 
  • Patience and empathy when dealing with customers. 
  • Knowledge of financial products and services is a plus. 
  • Proficiency in using customer support software and CRM systems. 
  • Ability to work in a team and adapt to a dynamic environment.
