Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The Customer Care Officer must hold a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
- Two years of working experience.
- Computer literacy skills i.e. proficiency in using MS Office
- Good communication skills
- Problem solving skills
- Good time management
- Excellent listening skills
