We are seeking motivated and dedicated interns to join our team and gain valuable experience in the mortgage lending sector.
Job Summary: As a Mortgage Lending Intern at First Home Finance Co. Ltd, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and insights into the mortgage lending industry. You will work closely with our team of experienced mortgage professionals and contribute to various aspects of our business operations.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in reviewing and processing mortgage loan applications.
- Conduct research and analysis on potential borrowers’ credit history and financial background.
- Provide support in conducting property valuations and inspections.
- Assist in preparing loan documentation and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Communicate with clients to collect necessary documents and answer inquiries.
- Work closely with underwriters, loan officers, and other team members to facilitate loan approvals.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of loan applications and client interactions.
- Assist in other administrative tasks related to mortgage lending operations.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Recent graduate from a Bachelor’s degree program in finance, business, economics, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- An interest in the financial services and real estate industries is a plus.
- Prior experience in finance, banking, or related fields is a bonus but not required.
